What you’ll do:

- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs;
- Recommend and promote after-sales, preventive, and maintenance services;
- Provide transparent, professional advisory services;
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers;
- Estimate maintenance and repair costs, prepare work orders, and track their progress;
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the Service Manager.
- What we’re looking for:

- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (training in mechanics or automotive parts OR at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry);
- Proficiency with computer tools;
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
- Valid driver’s license;
- Canadian resident.
